The Information Form
I will ask you to complete a simple form that will give me all the information I need to prepare for your first training session.
The Initial Session
A hugely informative session where we will cover your aspirations, and any challenges. We will explore how your dog learns and why they do the things they do (and not others). We will start to form the training plan and I will guide you through some of the practical exercises.
The Notes And The Training Plan
Shortly after the initial training session, I will email you the consultation notes and your training plan. The notes will cover the steps we will be taking and will summarise the learning that we have done together. Your bespoke Training Plan(s) will be a detailed step-by-step guide to achieving your aspirations. The training plan may be split into 2 or 3 parts for complex challenges. Both the notes and the plan can be as simple or as in-depth as you want, they are written for you and your dog. You can also opt for a ‘live’ training plan so I can respond to your comments as your work through the training.
The Second Session
Normally held a week or two after you have received your training plan. This session, either my telephone, Zoom, or in person, is to ensure you are confident with all the exercises in your training plan.
Telephone / Email Support
I’m here to help with up to a further 30 minutes of telephone or email support as you work through the training plan.
The Follow Up Session
You can choose when you would like this session, either to help as you work through your training plan or, once you have completed the training, as a session to make practical use of the new skills or take your dog’s learning to the next level.
